Mr J. Highbrow, restaurant critic and man about town, spent 12 years working for a local Kingston newspaper. He was a colorful character who was often portrayed as a bit of a kook. Despite his strange gate, whistling speech, and constant chewing of sticks, he was greeted with great respect and fanfare at every eatery from Westchester to Buffalo. |
