Travis Louie, Boss Toad, acrylic on board, 14 x 11"
All commerce in Oxhoofville, ND is subject to scrutiny under "Boss" Toad. There is a statue of him in the town square and a local sandwich is named after him called the "Bossburger". Under his watch, the town became a refuge for free-thinkers and artisans of all kinds. For a brief time, being called "bossy" was a compliment. |
